📦 Shipping Policy – GCC Countries

At Assadu Outlet, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). Please review our shipping information below to understand costs, timelines, and procedures.

 

🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all GCC countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • Orders outside the GCC are not supported at this time.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • Saudi Arabia & Kuwait: 3–5 business days
  • Qatar, Bahrain & Oman: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

 

💰 Shipping Costs

  • UAE: Free shipping on orders above AED 200; AED 20 flat fee below.
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: Flat fee USD 10 (or equivalent local currency).
  • Free shipping for orders above USD 100.

 

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in UAE and Saudi Arabia only.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Q1: Do you ship internationally outside GCC? 

Currently, we only ship within GCC countries.

Q2: Can I track my order? 

Yes, once shipped you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Q3: Do you offer same‑day delivery? 

Same‑day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM.

Q4: What if my order is delayed? 

We’ll notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Q5: Is Cash on Delivery available? 

Yes, COD is available in UAE and Saudi Arabia. Other GCC countries require prepaid orders.

Q6: How do I return a product?
